Original Artwork
Original artworks are unique, hand-created pieces.
If you change your mind about your purchase, returns may not be accepted. Any cancellation, return, refund, or exchange request will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer rights legislation.
If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so the issue can be resolved.
Nothing in these policies affects your statutory rights.Prints
All prints are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner, Prodigi.Prints are made to order and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Each piece is produced specifically for your order and is not held in stock.Slight variations in colour may occur between digital images and printed artwork due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes. These variations are normal and not considered faults.Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via trusted courier and fulfilment partners.Delivery times vary depending on destination and product type. Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or postal networks once an order has been shipped.Cancellations
Original Artwork
Original artwork orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, returns and refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer rights legislation. This does not apply to commissioned artwork, which is subject to its own agreed terms.Prints
Print-on-demand items are made to order and are non-cancellable once an order has been placed. Orders are automatically sent into production through our fulfilment partner (Prodigi) shortly after purchase. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the ability to cancel, amend, or refund orders once they have been submitted to fulfilment.This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Lauren McAvoy Art shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations where such delays or failures arise from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, accidents, natural disasters, postal disruptions, industrial action, supplier delays, or technical failures.Copyright & Intellectual Property
